PC Patient at the Nuffield next week

LOpSoc are bringing ‘The Pirates of Penzance’ to The Nuffield Theatre from 12th-15th March. This show stars Pocket Theatre ingénue Richard "Dirty" Patient. She was last seen with Pocket as Tarara in Utopia Limited and we are quite sure she will be bringing her usual flamboyant flair to the role of the Sergeant of Police.

Following their successful runs of ‘Ruddigøre’ in Southampton and at the 20th International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival in Buxton, LOpSoc return to the Southampton stage with an exuberant large-scale production, complete with almost 30 musicians and over 35 cast members. It promises to be one of the biggest shows LOpSoc has ever attempted, complete with love, comedy, adventure and some of G&S’ most recognisable songs.

This production is perfect for everyone from the most seasoned G&S fan to newcomers who want to experience one of the world’s first examples of popular musical theatre.

Tickets are available direct from The Nuffield Theatre either online, by phone or in person at the box office.
